In order to build a clear, harmonious, green and healthy network environment, maintain the civilized order of the network, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users,Suzhou TrendTec New Materialsscience and technology Limited Company Based on and implementing the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China,Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China,The relevant laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, and the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content and the management policies of the competent authorities,Developed together with users《Suzhou Trendtec New Materials Technology Limited Company Platform Self Discipline Convention(hereinafter referred to as“this Convention”).

2. The platform advocates the following behaviors

（1) jointly participate in the construction of online civilization, produce content works that conform to the major policies of the state, serve the overall economic and social development, reflect the general trend of the times, and reflect the achievements of building a strong country, so as to gather people's hearts and minds for the construction of a modern powerful country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

（2) Jointly establish an equal and friendly public opinion atmosphere and respect other users on the platform. Care for minors, care for the elderly, respect gender equality; do not attack, abuse, insult, slander, discriminate against others, and do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

（3) Encourage users to publish original and highquality content, pay attention to the correct use of words, reduce the use of pinyin abbreviations and other expressions that are likely to cause ambiguity, and consciously abide by language and text standards;

3. The platform prohibits the following behaviors

4.Distorting, vilifying, blaspheming, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or insulting, slandering, or otherwise infringing upon the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroes and martyrs;

5.Propagating terrorism, extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist activities;

6.Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

7.Undermine the state's religious policies and promote evil cults and feudal superstitions;

8.Spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order;

9.Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incite crime;

10.Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests;

11.Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(II) Harmful information that damages the ecological environment of online civilization

1.Using exaggerated titles, the content of which is seriously inconsistent with the title;

2.Hype up gossip, scandal, bad deeds, etc.;

3.Inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters;

4.Containing sexual innuendos, sexual provocations, etc. that may easily cause sexual associations;

5.Content that is bloody, thrilling, cruel, or otherwise causes physical or mental discomfort;

6.Inciting discrimination against groups of people, regions, etc.;

7.Propagating vulgar, banal, and kitsch content;

8.May cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and behaviors that violate social ethics, or induce minors to develop bad habits;

9.Other content that has a negative impact on the network ecology.

(III) Dishonest behavior such as violating social ethics

1.Infringement of others' legal rights such as reputation, privacy, patent, trademark, etc.;

2.Publish, transmit, or spread rumors, false information, or other content containing false information;

3.Posting content that maliciously speculates or misinterprets platform regulations;
