After established an advanced and comprehensive R&D system for new ceramic materials, the company took on the "Top Talent Project" for key bottleneck technologies in artificial joint ceramics, jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the National Medical Products Administration. Through unique material ratios and sintering processes, we have developed ceramic femoral heads and ceramic inserts with performance superior to similar products from other companies.

In addition, the platform continues to invest and develop in the fields of dental and high-performance industrial ceramics, breaking through material performance limitations to develop innovative ceramics, providing continuous energy.

Performance Test Platform

Medical ceramics are different from other types of ceramics. Before the product is registered, multiple performance properties must be tested according to corresponding standards and a report must be produced.

After the performance experiment, the platform sorted out the market entry process, including but not limited to formal detection and research testing, enterprise synchronization detection and research testing, master document filing, enterprise change registration, etc., in order to form a complete market entry cycle plan to support enterprises in obtaining evidence efficiently.

Production Quality Platform

Centered on the transfer of production technology to commercialization, establish an industrialized process production and quality research platform.

We successively settled in two major production parks in Suzhou High-tech Zone. In 2023, the first production line for zirconia-alumina composite ceramics was completed in the first zone's factory area, and in 2024, the second production line with an annual output of 300,000 pieces was established in the second zone. With product process verification and quality testing, the product quality is stable and reliable.
